Bahria Town Karachi has dispatch Congratulation Letters to the successful applicants, felicitating them on being successful in balloting. Also included is installment plan, spelling out the complete payment schedule of four years. Third document sent is blank bank challan for depositing the first installment; giving account numbers of five different banks. The due date for first installment is 7 May 2014; second on 7 August 2014 while last installment is on 7 February 2018.
